Hello, Friday I was able to use the chat forum for some questions and help from several very nice folks. However, today when I go to 'chat' is tells me 'this account has been suspended". Why?
Thank you. |

Not even a reply from a moderator? I'm really surprised that this entire forum is so slow. Doesn't anyone ever post...except the designers from who knows where? Oh Well, carry on |

I am sorry that I didn't get to answer your question in a more timely manner. I am in the middle of getting my house ready to sell and to move to a new house. This is not easy, since I also have three boys under age 3.
I am afraid that I don't know why your account showed as "suspended" on the Chat. The Chat is completely separate from the forums here, and truthfully, I rarely ever even go over there. However, if you contact the site support (use the link at the top of DesignsBySiCK.com to enter a ticket), I believe that they will be able to assist you. They are much more knowledgable about the whole system than I am. _________________ -Forum Moderator-

How do you 'enter a ticket'? I went to the support as suggested, but had no idea what 'ticket' to enter. Sorry for being 'duh'. And thanks for the reply |

| Never mind, I was able to send a question to support. We'll see what they say? |

Most of the time I reply to people's questions whether it's my position to do so or not lol. I, like most of the other members here, probably just did not know how to answer your question and felt we would be over stepping our bounds by attempting to answer. A question like this could only be answered by a website admin or tech. Even a moderator would have a tough time with an issue that was about the technical aspects of the website (chat forums etc).
I think many groups, forums and boards in the US are kinda quiet right now. Most if us lead pretty busy lives year round. As always when we get a spare moment we dash to our embroidery machines. With it being Summer in our part of the world right now though many of us look to find as many opportunities as possible to 'play' outside with our families, cook on the grill, take the kids or grandkids to a park or a ball game, go on vacation or prepare for such things as the upcoming Fourth of July holiday.
I hope you did not feel like you were being ignored... that just was not the case. There is always someone to help when it is our place to do so or when we know how to answer an important question or request.
always-
