Hi to all you sewing enthusiast's Very Happy

I'm Julie from Ingleside, Texas. Ingleside is a small town, about 25 miniutes from Corpus Christi (South Texas). My DH bought me a Beautiful Hus. Viking Desiner SE which I plan on having a LOT of fun with. Searching Embroidery sites led me here.

I also have a Great passion for Gardening which led me into the Plumeria world. Believe me, When I develope a passion for something, I just dive in. To help you understand what I mean, I have over 150 varities of Plumeria's, growing from seeds and cuttings. What I'm trying to say is.... I can already feel the fever of sewing!!! Embroidery is going to be such great fun!

I look forward to learning all that I can, along with sharing as well.

I did not know there were that many varieties of Plumeria! They are the ones the Sphinx moths love aren't they? I used to endeavor to find every plant I could that would attract Luna moths. My gardening 'habit' now is mostly defined by cultivating trees, herbs and wildflowers.

I am sure you will love your new machine. I have had Pfaff, Janome and BabyLocks. My new 'Baby' is a joy and I just love finding new designs to test 'him' out with... Very Happy

I am glad you stumbled on us here. The 'DesignsbySick' family is quite unique even in the embroidery 'world. You will never run across a nicer group of folks imo.
