I just started making the Jacobean Tote Bag, and I have had a terrible time with the first design I chose- one of the flowers. The stitching for parts of the flower is so dense that I broke thread constantly and even a couple of needles! I have never had this problem before. I am afraid to try another one- has anyone else made this and had this kind of problem? My machine stitches beautifully for everything else I have ever done on it- this is the only design I have ever had a problem with. Thanks in advance for any help or advice. amcbetsy

Ooh, Betsy. I'm sorry to hear you had problems. Did you report the problems to the support team? You can reach them at http://www.designsbysick.com/helpdesk. Let them know what happened, and perhaps the problem has already been fixed and you can get a new copy of the design. Or else, maybe it will be fixed because you mention it. Smile If nothing else, you can get some advice on what to do next.
