Hi,
I am new to embroidery. My sister gave me some Great Notions embroidery patterns on cdrom. Is it possible to use these for hand embroidery? Possibly some way to convert them?

As far as I know, there is no easy way to convert machine embroidery designs to hand embroidery patterns, just as there is not an easy way to convert hand embroidery patterns into machine embroidery designs. They are completely different applications of the same medium.
