I used the design "funkycars6" and it did not stitch all of one of the blocks. The one that was incomplete is the middle of the headlight eye on the right side of the design. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I removed the hoop from the machine as instructed by the machine and reattached it. When I tried to continue with the design , the instructions again told me to remove the hoop and reinstall. I did this several times, no luck. I restarted the design and got it to the point where it stopped previously and the same thing happened. I eventually had to skip that block, finish the design (with no problem) and then hand sew the headlight eye. Could this be a design flaw? My machine is working perfectly otherwise. Question

Hi, Bonita. I'm sorry that you had problems with this design. I will look into figuring out if it is a design problem.

In the mean time, please do not ever attach the actual PES design to your message because then anyone could download it without paying for it. That would be illegal "sharing" and can get you into trouble (unless you are a digitizer, in which case you can post any designs that you actually created). I removed the attachment for you because you obviously were not aware of the problem. Smile

What is actually more helpful is if you can attach a picture or scan of the problem stitch-out so that we can see exactly what you are talking about. Very Happy
