The designs are beautiful but I have a dumb question. How do we use jpg files for designs?
Thanks!

YOU DONT USE JPGs
The JPGs that cutie displays here are ONLY to show what designs have ALREADY been voted in on the DESIGNS BY SICK voting site......She does this for us because sometimes we wait so long to complete a set we get lost....... and wonder if we have missed any designs from whichever sets we happen to have chosen to try vote in and collect....
There is soooooooo many designs to choose from and place your votes on in the hope of a piece from the set gets VOTED IN THE NEXT DAY.
It is a DAILY VOTING SITE, and depending how many vote for one particular set/design depends on what is up as the TODAYS FREEBIE/GIFT.....but they are ONLY UP FOR 3DAYS then if you miss out for whatever reason....
there is always the choice of buying the set. around 8 dollars i think
?
Sorry i cant remember i'm UK LOL

Thank you, Anji-UK. You are exactly right. The only way that jpgs can be used for designs is if you are a digitizer and have the rights to use the jpg.
These lists that I am keeping are to show what has been voted for, so that people can keep track of what they have and what they still need. It can hopefully also help people to avoid a lot of frustration if they are constantly voting for a design since they can find out if it just isn't winning because it has already been offered. If you have missed a lot from a single set, it is probably in your best interest to just purchase the set (which, as Anji-UK also correctly mentioned, will only cost around $8 USD).
I will hopefully have up later this week yet another list that shows which sets have been completed. Wish me luck!
