I am trying to run PE Design 4 on my computer. I have windows Xp
Each time I go into design centre and open a file an error message..Embmake.exe has encountere a problems and needs to close... and ends. Has anyone else had that problem or has anyone got any suggestions. Thanks Gayle  |

Is PE Design 4 a BabyLock program? I have Palette but I think they are the same.
I know this isn't going to help much but it will give you a clue as to what you are in for. I have installed my Palette software on three different computers and had to do it 3 different ways. All had Windows XP or Windows XP Professional. I do know it matters when you have the card reader plugged in. Try calling the dealer where you bought it from.

YES I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM UNTIL IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
I HAD TO SEND IT TO THE COMPANY (BROTHERS) AND THEY FIX THE PROBLEM, THEY FIXED , GOT IT BACK LAST WEEK, TOOK 2 WEEKS
CALL BROTHERS AND EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM THEY WILL HELP. |
