The only "automatic" digitizing programs that I know of are really not that good, and certainly not good enough to do a photograph. Simple clip-art, sure, but the more complex the design, the less successful the program will be. Sorry to disappoint.

I´ve read about the Sfumato from Embird, do you know anything about that one? Or are there anyone else who has tried it ?

I have Embird basic and studio part, I just thougt that one could kind of "autodigitize" in sfumato. I will upgrade my embird but since I´ve heard that many are having trouble with the download, I´ll wait a little while till the pressure on the site has released and they have got rid of the bugs.
Funny though learning that digitize thing and hard, but I´ll get there...
Thanks for answering.

| PE design has a semi auto digitizer that does photos. You have to go through several steps and need pictures that are fairly high contrast, but it does work. I hope to try to stitch one while I'm on winter break. I'll try to scan and post a picture if I get it done after christmas.

I do have PE design and I made this with photostitch.
It is very easy to do.
