Very Happy Cutiepie, you are really a doll baby to do this for folks. I have neither parents nor children, so no use at all for the lettering, but you are making a lot of people who do have Pawpaws & Nanas out there very happy. Especially since you're probably having a hard time reaching the computer over those twins! You are one very special lady for sharing your gift with others. Bless you, my friend. Smile

Thanks heaps. My parents are in New Zealand and they are the Gran and Pops. My mum is always putting people's names on things with her machine and I wanted to surprise her with one of her own.

Thank you, Marji, for the kind words. This is one of the only things I can still do without difficulties, so I am happy to help out where I can. I don't know if this actually applies in "real life," but this one is for you.

And Jette72, I hope that your parents are pleasantly surprised by your thinking of them like this. My dad frequently wears a shirt that we made for him that says, "Grandpapa and Proud of It!" Then, all 5 of the grandsons (since that's all he had at the time) used fabric paint to put a hand print on the shirt. It is very cute.

Very Happy Cutiepie, thank you so very much! Very Happy I haven't been able to reply here before because the cat signed me out, and then my password didn't work. I know, it sounds like a 'the dog ate my homework' story, but it's true Shocked . Anyway, Rob got it fixed for me, so I'm back.

I am an Auntie to two grownup girls who both live very very far away, so I don't see them. But I'm also Auntie to 4 of my friends kids, and a few other stray children that come my way from time to time. Kids seem to like me, for some reason I really don't understand. I don't like kids Wink , and I don't like dogs Wink , that's why I have 2 shelties who adore me, and 6 cats who can't live without me. That's how I got signed off in the first place, ever try to computer with cats walking all over the keyboard? Confused Just think of Liam with about 8 hands, lol lol.

Again, thank you so very much, my dear friend. My best to you, your family and loved ones.

Marji

I am trying to make little labels for a friend to use in her hand-knitted sweaters. She wants labels to read 'nana sweater'. Would you be able to do the lettering in running stitch very small for a label? I would really appreciate it. You have done such a nice job on the other lettering requests. Pes format is fine with me. I can convert to jef. This is my 1st time into this forum and I am not sure which buttons to click on. I hope 'reply' is what I am supposed to use. Jan D.
