Hi again, I have been doing some em in the hoop and i have found that the feed dog at the back of the machine gets in the way of the hoop, I e when the hoop gets to the top of the design the hoop hits the feed dog and jumps the stiches , Is there any reason for this or is it my machine? Or what ? can any one help , Thanks Yancy,

this maybe late but does your machine let you drop the feed dogs? I have 2 Janome machines and one I have to move a button the drop them and the other does it automatic.
